Urbanic Interior was born from the shared vision of two young professionals — Nilesh and Anil — who are believers of honesty & entrepreneurial mindsets.

Their journey began over ten years ago in a budding real estate hospitality startup. With backgrounds in management and commerce, they joined at the grassroots level, managing infrastructure, facilities, and operations for just 1-2 offices. But they didn’t stop there.

Driven by curiosity, commitment, and a hunger to learn, they played a pivotal role as the startup scaled. Within just four years, the company expanded to 

20+ offices across India — totaling 1.5 lakh sq. ft. of workspace designed for over 3800 employees. Nilesh and Anil were at the heart of it all, gaining hands-on experience in not just office aesthetics and technical operations, but also the real challenges faced by admin teams — from sourcing quality solutions affordably to ensuring client satisfaction and long-term durability.

They realized something powerful along the way:
